Sales and Purchases Conditions

All sales and purchases by HW Carlsen AB are subject to the HW Carlsen AB standardised sales conditions and procurement conditions, if not otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Letter of Credit Conditions

All business involving letters of credit are subject to the standard HW Carlsen AB letter of credit (LoC) conditions.

Delivery and Transport Conditions

The ICC Incoterms 2000 (ICC publication 560) apply as applicable for HW Carlsen AB deliveries.

The ICC Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (ICC publications 458) apply as applicable for all relations with HW Carlsen AB involving guarantees.

The ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits ("UCP"; ICC publication 500) apply as applicable for all relations with HW Carlsen AB involving documentary credits (letter of credit).
